Greetings all, fisrt i want to thank you all for contributing to an incredible forum and serving as a huge source of inspiration. Lately i have become very interested in mathematical modeling and have finally found some time to start to explore it.



so here is my first go at topmod, i know its simple but hopfuly i can try to expand from here.

so i just printed the dodecahedron, it is approximately 100x100x79 mm. i was not sure if it would be possible to print because the members are so thin but after 2 hours of removal time i was succesful Smile

just a very brief test with sculpture generator.



3dmax has trouble with surfaces with more than 360 degrees of rotation, if i rotate by 720 max interperates the surface a having many holes, does anyone else have this problem?



very quick and easy surface with a scratched up texture.
